Everything was simply excellent. The staff was exceptional, the accommodation was quiet and fairly clean. Superior queen room was neat and huge with a view of the bay. Warm drinks at lobby bar, INCREDIBLE service.

Supportive staff, lovely location really close to Sun Wheel as well as the main attractions of Ha Long Bay. We loved our room that was beautiful. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. Clean hotel, good service.

modern and pretty standard accommodation. non-smoking, functional room with a view. it had natural lighting. location: the hotel was not far from the long bridge as well as a beach.
Well, there was no restaurant.

Peaceful location, lovely bed and, of course, kind staff. Beautifully maintained, and value for money rooms. Absolutely perfect breakfast, superb service. Restaurant was modest and clean. Cool lobby...

The location was top, plus the breakfast was satisfactory. Neat unit with a functional decor. All the staff were competent! Modern interior, perfect restaurant. Also, you can use free WiFi in all rooms. Liked Ha Long, the hotel was magnificent.

the staff was friendly and that's why we do recommend it. amazing views all around the hotel. super base for vacation in ha long. we had fun in the a swimming pool of the venue.
